J&L Machine & Fabrication, Inc. is a family owned business that was established in 2002. Joe and Diane Hardin started the company out of their home with a vision of providing excellent customer satisfaction. After 2 years of outsourcing, they realized that in order to meet their vision, they had to take matters into their own hands so they came up with a plan to start producing the parts themselves and that is when they bought their first shop. Currently the company has grown to over 25 employees with over 30,000 square foot building located just west of Charlotte, NC.
